The book present the transliteration of Sanskrit in a way that represents the closest rendering of the original Sanskrit, complete with diacritical marks. While this is, of course, a valid and noble endeavor, it evertheless presents a unique and serious problem for Tibetan uddhist practitioners because these transliterations often differ from transliterations that accurately reflect the way these words are pronouncedby their Tibetan lamas. Since this book is intended for Tibetan Buddhist practitioners of tantra, For anyone with knowledge of Sanskrit, he or she will easily beable to ascertain the "correct" spelling of the Sanskrit terms, while those less familiar with Sanskrit will still be able to pronounce them in accordance with the way they have been transmitted by his or her lama.en_US
